WinAVI Video Converter 7.0 is a beta version. It is unstable and still has some errors. We are releasing the beta version so that we can find any errors and correct them to make the program more stable.
We recommend that experienced users download the beta version, use it, and tell us if you have encountered any problems.
If you want to use the official version, which is more stable, please download WinAVI Video Converter 6.3>>.

Note:
If you want to converter any format to RM, you should download RMSDK first, please click here>>,and unzip it to the sub-directory "HelixSDK" of the location which you installed WinAVI Video Converter 7.0 Beta.

How to install RMSDK:

1.	The file only can be used for WinAVI Video Converter 7.0 (beta).
2.	In the normal way of installing the WinAVI Video Converter 7.0, the installation will run the RMSDK automatically; you have no need to do with the RMSDK.
3.	While the WinAVI Video Converter 7.0 haven't installed in the normal way, the RMSDK will be installed automatically under C:\, please copy and save the directory under C:\HelixSDK to \\WinAVI Video Conveter.

What's new in WinAVI Video Converter 7.0?

1.	Supports MP2 audio in DVD's.
2.	New AVI encoder. It supports MP3/MS-ADPCM and other audio codecs. It also supports DivX5.2/Cinepak and other video codecs.
3.	New RMVB encoder. It supports converting any format media file to the new RealVideo10 and RMVB format.
4.	New method of picture resizing. The video quality is much better.
5.	Supports converting any format to MPEG/WMV/AVI/RMVB with any video frame rate. Now you can adjust the video frame rate as you desire.
6.	New flash converter. Now it supports converting any flash with sound to any other format. You only need to convert once. This flash converter is the first of it's kind.
7.	New video converter component. You will never have a problem with codec while you are converting again.
8.	It supports adjusting the width of the video in the output media file.
9.	New encoder application frame. Now WinAVI Video Converter will be more stable.
10.	All of the known bugs in the previous version have been fixed.
